TEETH DECAY

WE CARE

Teeth decay for several reasons, all of which will diminish your ability to chew certain foods.

Teeth decay for many reasons

TEETH DECAY FOR MANY REASONS

In our modern world processed foods only rule the day if healthier

choices are not an option.

Farmer’s markets are available all over America.

Whole food grocers stock organic food items for greater nutrition choices.

You will find sugar in its various forms in many of our large super markets.

Starches and carbohydrates also contain certain types of sugar.

High cavity rates are usually the result of a diet high in sugar content.

Some of our most favorite beverages, soda pop, coffee, baby formula and others will surprise you regarding their

high sugar content.

Patients are informed to wean themselves from drinks with a high sugar content.

To date science has documented the inflammatory processes in our bodies that result from sugar intoxication.

Skin lesions, heart problems, diabetes, yeast and fungal infections, cancer and the disease of the century

Alzhiemers, are some of the major players in the oxidative process that causes havoc in our bodies.

Let’s face it we have a hard time giving up our sweet treats that are capable of killing us.

Our bodies are designed to process certain ranges of sugar consumption.

Make your life an easier one by keeping sugar in its proper perspective.

Enjoy sugary foods in moderation.

Sodas contain phosphoric acid, therefore after consuming, wait a minimum of one hour to brush.

The phosphoric acid breaks down tooth enamel thus softening your teeth.

By waiting one hour to brush the teeth are not as vulnerable to the acid attack from the soda.

Simply rinsing the mouth immediately after ingestion of sugary foods and drinks reduces the risks of the tooth decay

process.

Cancer is fed by the unhealthy consumption of too much sugar.

A great treatment fighter to reduce your chances of cancer is the cessation of sugar ingestion.

When healthcare teams pound this point home, those extra servings of sweet treats can be bypassed with the greatest of ease.

Restoration of the mouth is best viewed through the eyes of those who teach and practice preventative oral medicine.

Oral medicine is best practiced with knowledge teeth decay because of sugary foods.

In fact the entire body is under attack in a state of disease because of excess sugar ingestion.

You can return your body to a state of health drastically cutting back on sugary foods.

The body, your temple for life, will thank you.

Teeth decay because of sugar addiction, that can be treated with drastic reduction in its consumption.

BRANSON, MO. HOLIDAYS

Branson, MO. Holidays are special year around, bringing to the  Ozarks

over a million visitors each year.

Your vacation is not complete in Branson until you have taken time out to experience first hand

one or two of the entertaining live shows.

There is much to be said for artists who give us their best while performing on the stages of America.

You may think you’re in Southern California, Hollywood USA.

One show in particular that gets you singing along is the Motown Review in downtown Branson,

206 S. Commercial St.

You can find them on the world-wide web, Bransonhothits@aol.com.

Not everyone is gifted to perform at a high level on stage.

Hits from the past will get you singing along or dancing the night away.

Branson, Performers

Branson tribute to Stevie Wonder

The Motown Review has been one of my favorite shows in Branson because of its soulful nature.

The artists range from Blues town Kansas City, Missouri to the Motor City of Detroit, Michigan.

Songs that were created in times gone by are sung today with just as much soul.

The performing arts are known for the creativity of each individual artist, where time has been taken to present and performing living color the songs of the 60s and 70s.

Branson has become one of the larger markets in the state of Missouri for performers around the country.

The Ozark resort area surpasses in sheer numbers the entertainment community found in Nashville.

Long gone are the one laned highways that created bumper to bumper traffic in the highly trafficked towns of the Ozarks.

There is no end to the foreign license plates of visitors from many of the continental states in America.

If shopping suits your fancy then outlet malls and craft shops abond in great numbers.

Believe it or not Las Vegas is not the only city where you may find more than one entertainer who adorns the iconic

jumpsuit worn by the king of rock and roll, Elvis Presley.

For those who long for a dinner cruise on a Yacht or a juicy steak prepared per your instructions I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised pursuing Branson, MO. Holidays.

DENTISTS REPLACE GUT FLORA

WE CARE

Dentists replace gut flora after antibiotic therapy has run its course.

Dentists replace gut flora

DENTISTS REPLACE GUT FLORA

Patients come to our clinics in need of emergency dental care.

Antibiotics have long been a first line of defense for the medical and dental community as a whole.

Healthcare providers who practice in the field of oral medicine understand the need to treat deep seated

infections that penertrate into the bone.

Prescription medication carries with it a requirement to do or inflict no harm upon the person who must take it for optimal health.

All medication has some type of side effects that should be known before they are taken.

After the antibiotic has killed off normal body flora, replace flora with

Probiotics are designed to replenish normal gut flora.

It was the father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, that told us 2,000 years ago, many diseases are related to the lack of health in the gastro-intestinal region.

You will use 60% of your body energy during the digestive process.

Having to expend this much energy breaking down the food that we eat helps to understand why fasting will free up energy to assist the body in healing.

Convalesce and take time out to fast on occasion for greater healing.

The body thrives on receiving nutrients required for optimal health and energy.

Bone broth is one way to build and maintain optimal health and energy.

Take the time to find healthy solutions to the ailments of life.

Support good digestive health and you take a quantum leap in the direction of optimum half.

Digestive health is directly proportional to total body health.

Many of the disease processes we encounter are based upon inflammation.

Win the fight against inflammation and you succeed in improving your overall health.

In the past 12 months a tour through a health food store was instrumental in the identification of foods that combat inflammation within the body.

In earlier posts it has been laid out in detail why sugar in its various forms has been identified as one of our primary causes of inflammation.

Dementia, heart attacks, Diabetes, breakdowns in oral health through gum disease and tooth decay all have their roots in processed sugar.

Look to areas of the world where processed sugar is relatively non-existent and ou find a healthier community provided there is adherence to the consumption of whole foods.

Dentists replace gut flora in attempts to help restore the health of their patients.

JOBS BRING LOVE

WE CARE   JOBS BRING LOVE

Our present time actions. Jobs we love

JOBS BRING LOVE

Be thankful for incremental increases in success that comes after jobs bring love.

There are many people that will tell you how much they hate their jobs.

You can show up at work day after day and do what is necessary to pay the bills.

Some jobs pay you tremendous amounts of money to perform tasks you may dislike.

People that enjoy what they do are willing to pour their hearts and souls into difficult projects.

In my profession dentistry demands extremely high amounts of energy be expended to develop high quality final products.

We learn from the dental environment how to produce the best services possible.

The lessons learned for incremental success encourage you to get away from your job each week to refresh and rejuvenate the spirit.

You perform at a higher level, fresh and ready for duty.

Busy people are able to get more done if they enjoy what they do on a daily basis.

A good formula includes a certain amount of activities that allow you to distress.

Our best efforts are performed from the actions we do within what we enjoy.

Work takes on a certain fulfillment fueled from our passions.

The soil that gets under our fingernails is a minor distraction when it is known a harvest is on the way.

The scripture, we reap what we sow, becomes more real to those use to working hard with passion as the stepping stones through the garden.

Jobs bring love and can also be called our labors of love, performed out of necessity and passion at the same time.

Years pass as we look back and wonder where the time has gone.

Time expands for those who enjoy what they do.

Enjoyment may be found in the games of life.

But nothing is more fulfilling than winning at life’s most productive game, which is meaningful work.

This is a discovery you make out of your own experiences.

The experiences derived performing the duties and tasks that help others.

The world is in need and desires the services of those willing to help others.

Care for the world and your reward is bestowed in the services you render.

A dental team functions in a manner that cares for the public at large.

Jobs bring love and are done with the greatest of care.

HIGH RISK DENTAL PATIENTS

WE CARE                                       HIGH RISK DENTAL PATIENTS

High risk dental patients.

HIGH RISK DENTAL PATIENTS

Take the time to understand the needs of high risk dental patients.

Teeth can show tremendous wear from the stress and strain of night grinding called bruxism.

Care must be taken in the restoration of teeth badly worn down that place dental patients at high risk.

Some of a dentist most challenging cases for restoration come after the wear and tear of tooth grinding related

to stress and anxiety.

Dental treatment resulting from this kind of damage can be veer difficult to treat.

Patients will hear fees to repair the damage to teeth from stress and anxiety above and beyond what is considered normal and routine.

More time will be required in the planning of treatment for these cases.

Full mouth rehabilitation is the treatment of choice when every tooth is to be prepared for porcelain crowns,

Some dentist find it easier to prepare the teeth in one jaw at a time to facilitate equilibrium in restoration of the patient’s case.

High risk dental patients can fracture porcelain crowns in the same way they grind away tooth structure during bruxism in their sleep.

Badly worn teeth reduced in size and strength can be restored with porcelain crowns.

To evaluate the patient’s bite relationship, also look at the size of the Masseter muscles.

Very pronounced and developed jaw muscles cause elevated jaw forces measured in pounds per square inch.

Patients with a square jaw deliver very high biting forces.

To help protect the chewing surfaces of restored teeth a bite guard is fabricated.

The bite guard is worn at night to minimize forces that are harmful to the teeth.

Worn on a regular basis, it will reduce porcelain fracture of the new crowns.

Those we treat capable of fracturing their teeth, are referred to as high risk dental patients.

Allow patients undergoing dental rehabilitation to wear provisional crowns also known as temporary crowns to wear them approximately 90 days.

The 90 day period provides valuable information before the final restorations are cemented.

Patients should expect to wear the night guard as a protective device not only at night but during times of high stress.

You greatly reduce the risk of porcelain fracture wearing this device.

Indicators of damage to the teeth are wear facets greatly reducing the ability of a patient

to smile and crew effectively.

High risk dental patients can improve the function of their teeth with well planned restoration.

FINDING YOUR WAY

WE CARE.       FINDING YOUR WAY

Finding a way to survive the times.

FINDING YOUR WAY

There are those who are good at findng your way in the worst of times.

Take note of these individuals and learn from them.

Look upon them as the opinion leaders of the day.

Opinion leaders can be called upon to show the way.

You will see no matter the niche we all have struggled along the way at

some point.

You arrive at work daily and place the largest dent possible in the workload of your day.

Take care not to stay in life’s ruts where the priorities of the day get shuffled to the bottom of  the to do list.

Handle the priorities of the day so that finding your away becomes a part of your daily routine.

Dentists find themselves in the business of contract procurement filling out lengthy applications to get in the graces of dental insurance carriers.

Employers shop for their employee benefits, changing dental carriers approximately every five years.

The dental industry stays in a state of flux because of this particular situation.

Keep in mind any business has fixed cost attached to the service that you deliver.

A profit is made somewhere between fixed cost and the flow of patients you are able to generate daily.

It is no easy job balancing what is loss and that which you gain to remain a solvent business concern.

In your own business out think the various ways you can have a continuous flow within your own operation.

Finding your way to survive the tough times will keep you digging for the gold that lies at your feet.

It remains only a thought and actionable step away.

The intentions that we pour our hearts and souls into eventually become the fruit of our labor.

Pick the lowest hanging fruit to start the flow but the sweetest berries glisten in the sun at the very top.

Greater rewards await those who understand the sales process and are willing to reap a bountiful harvest after

the crop is ready to be harvested.

Crops don’t wait on the harvester. They are best harvested when ripened in their own time.

Like the farmer that tills the soil and plants seed, we too pour ourselves into the work that we do daily.

Honest labor where seeds have been sown do yield productive crops.

Finding your way to survive is out thinking the variables that limit our ability to be successful.

SECTIONING PROBLEMATIC TEETH

WE CARE     SECTIONING PROBLEMATIC TEETH

Sectioning problematic teeth

SECTIONING PROBLEMATIC TEETH

Sectioning problematic teeth facilitates their removal.

During the consultation appointment with a dental patient, decisions are made to do in house oral surgery or refer to a specialist.

Patients that come into dental offices have a wide variety of options regarding oral surgery.

Dental insurance benefits allow patients the option of general anesthesia for difficult surgery cases.

Patients without dental insurance may qualify to receive treatment in county hospitals at a reduced rate.

Neighborhood dental facilities subsidized by our tax dollars have a sliding fee scale charging patients according to their ability to pay.

A large segment of dental patients enter dental clinics, from the heart and soul of the American workforce.

These patients come for emergency dental care. They have chronic high pain levels usually putting off treatment for weeks at a time.

General practitioners make treatment decisions based upon what is best for the patient.

Patients unable to afford the services of oral surgeons become problematic for several reasons.

Pain medication and antibiotics have greatly reduced pain and suffering. They only help up to a point.

Sectioning problematic teeth facilitates their removal. Teeth have degrees of difficulty. Those with a high degree of difficulty are the best candidates for referral to oral surgeons.

Regarding discomfort associated with mandibular wisdom teeth, the upper wisdom tooth is easier to remove when erupted.

It takes pressure off the lower wisdom tooth providing relief to the patient.

Patents may also benefit from the removal of a portion of the tooth from the alveolar socket, another way of relieving pressure until the oral surgeon is seen.

Another technique is to remove pulp tissue as a temporary procedure when patients are suffering.

Patients are encouraged to receive routine dental care on a regular basis to avoid the possibility of interim or temporary procedures.

You will find patients requesting intermediary procedures after being up all night unable to sleep because of high pain levels.

Waiting until the 9th hour creates more problems for the dental patient.

These problems are resolved like problems being looked upon as knots in a ball of twine where each knot sista as a problem.

Dentists treat daily the problems that occur because of the patient’s level of procrastination regarding pventative dentistry.

Patients are surprised by the high level of comfort experienced in the process of their dental treatment.

One way to treat high pain levels is sectioning  problematic teeth.

SURVIVALIST TRAINING

WE CARE   Survivalist Traning

Defining survivalist training.st

 SURVIVALIST TRAINING

Survivalist training prepares a person to be all he/she can be even in the toughest of times.

Keep your eyes and ears open to understand what can be done in spite of life’s difficulties.

The gun case in this picture was taken at a shooting gallery in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Bullets fly all day on the shooting range at Frontier Justice.

They have a wide assortment of weapons in their facility.

You will hear citizens stockpiling ammunition like there’s giong to be no tomorrow.

It becomes an interesting proposition learning what must be done to survive the coming business cycle.

Economic turmoil is a part of the business cycle. What goes up in the market is bounew to come back down at some point.

A speaker was on the radio this morning discussing how the railroad spawned quite a few wealthy men of that day.

They rode an ideal wave of fortune on the backs of Americans during the industrial revolution.

In my profession dentistry, consultants inform dentists to work 4 strong and fruitful days.

We are encouraged to take time off each week to convalesce and refresh the spirit.

The best therapy for weariness is rest and quality time spent with friends and family.

What you are able to provide from labor are creature comforts that won’t carry much value if the trade off

is your health.

You can learn valuable lessons from men and women living off the American power grid.

Severe weather patterns keep us mindful just how frail the human body really is in the whole scheme of things.

Would you be able to survive if all the comforts of home were taken from you?

Spend a few nights out of doors to appreciate survivalist training where the bare essentials of life are at your disposal.

One survivalist states our bare essentials are water, food and clothing.

Personally shelter would be on my list where the roof is solid and able to keep rain at bay and drastic swings in temperature under control.

Survivalist training regimens expose you to your weaknesses with intentions of making you stronger and more viable.

After a romp in the woods for the weekend you appreciate the comforts of home.

You even return to work more focused and energized.

Take time out of your busy schedule to reconnect with nature and find the fruit of minimalism.

In minimalism is simplicity the main lesson in survivalist training.

HORIZONTALLY IMPACTED TEETH

WE CARE

Horizontally impact teeth

HORIZONTALLY IMPACTED TEETH

Horizontally impacted teeth are portals for infection to enter the body.

Left untreated they create tremendous health risk for the dental patient.

Dentists find themselves having to remove impacted wisdom teeth also known as third molars.

For most patients wisdom teeth are hard to reach and keep clean.

Their position in the jaw is one of the reasons their removal is recommended.

The size of the jaws in relation to the position of these teeth have been a problem for mankind for many years.

They can erupt into the mouth pointing out towards the cheek, or partially erupt forming a food trap around their coronal aspect.

Third molars at times stay submerged and bacteria over the years is trapped around them causing mouth oder and abscess formation.

Antibiotics can be used in the short term but plan to remove them for better oral health.

Parents seeking consultation are usually told patients can have third molars removed in the early teens.

Infection deep within the jaw spreads from the formation of bacterial gases expanding at a steady rate.

Pain ensues because of pressure build up within hard tissues.

Some of your more difficult teeth to remove are horizontally impacted teeth.

In relation to the tooth growth patterns any tooth has the potential to grow at angles different from their normal positions.

Mid jaw smaller molars known as premolars can be trapped under the gums, crowded out of their normal position.

They become crowded out of their normal positions because deciduous teeth may be lost before the final eruption sequence into the oral cavity.

It requires orthodontic intervention to surgically access horizontally impacted cuspids in the maxillary jaw.

A small access preparation exposes the cuspid and ligature wire is used to engage it, guiding the tooth over time into a more normal position.

View the mouth as a class one over system similar to a nutcracker.

Most of the more profound chewing occurs in the most posterior part of the mouth where the psi of chewing stroke is highest and most efficient.

A nutcracker functions in the same manner.

Patients are encouraged to maintain their teeth in order to not overwork them. Molars are designed to take on the load of chewing.

Horzontally impacted teeth can bemore difficult to remove than erupted teeth because they grow at angles subgingivally.

OPTIMIZING YOUR LIFE

WE CARE

Optimizing your life is an investment.

RISKING AND OPTIMIZING YOUR LIFE

Optimizing your life is a function of understanding your value to the world and pursuit of what you dream for the betterment of mankind.

Last night Nobel Bicare sponsered a meeting at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry.

The host was The KC Dental Implant Society. In attendance were student doctors and dentists from the surrounding  community.

The topic was website marketing presented by WEO MEDIA who has taken on a specialty niche marketing to dentists.

Ian McNickle, one of the company partners gave a very informative presentation to the body.

WEO Media has gained rapid acceptance and endorsement in the dental industry due to relentless pursuit of providing dentists what they need.

They state they are a full service marketing company with great services, customer support and value.

Online marketing for most entrepreneurs gives the marketer the opportunity to make the best first impression possible.

Optimizing your life starts with a solvent business concern for those who depend on the World Wide Web for success.

WEO Media is a Google Partner.

They recommend that you have a realistic advertising budget to achieve some measure of success.

Dentists are in the cross hairs of a wide variety of marketing firms.

Knowing and understanding the dental market is a plus for dentists who are known to be in the top 1-2 percentile of income producers in the United States.

We were encouraged by Ian to understand the state laws of your dental board as you develop your marketing strategies.

In many states you will find penalties abound for dentists out of bounds in making offers to the public for financial gain.

There is contentment in knowing the business of dentistry will be cared for by professionals who come to you highly recommended.

A website analysis provides valuable information to your consultant and the entire marketing team of your business concern.

The group was encouraged to make the content posted to their websites engaging and personalized for greater readership by your patient base.

As a final note doctors were advised to be aware of scam artists who charge on average $500.00 to remove negative reviews.

Only the person who writes the review as a general rule can remove the review.

In a final note it was made known online marketing is traffic plus conversion.

The goal for dentists is simple to make their phones ring by converting traffic coming to your site into informed, educated buyers.

Optimizing your life starts with the optimization of a well run website by professionals you can trust to deliver.
