Going it along is like swimming against the current, something you can’t sustain for very long.
Life connects us and at some point will find you needing the help of others.
Accept help to continue moving in the direction of your goals.

A friend was in the Caribbean islands celebrating a class reunion .
Known as an excellent swimmer he decided to swim out beyond the coral reef that protects the harbor where cruise ships come in to dock.
A water current known as an under tow carried him away from the safety of the coral reef.
Friends and onlookers watched helplessly as he fought and struggled in the turbulent water.
From shore, the appearance of the water was placid. Only someone that knew the area could have warned about the danger lurking from the current of the under tow.
The friend was released from the force of the sea’s under tow and fought his way back to shore as onlookers sighed with relief.
Exhausted, he was greeted by classmates who had witnessed the episode.
Even the most savvy among us will need the help of others to stay the course for success.
There are unseen dangers in life that are hidden from view.
The business cycle brings the best and the worst of times.
In the book “A Tale Of Two Cities” written 1859 by Charles Dickens,we find the quote ” it was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom.”
The novel was set in London and Paris before and during the French Revolution.
Over 200 million copies of the book sold make it one of the most famous works in the history of fictional literature.
It is a love triangle novel, that depicts the plight of the French peasantry demoralized by the French aristocracy in the years leading up to the revolution.
Under currents in the book, are good versus evil, symbolized through a common thread in English literature, darkness and light.
Darkness represents uncertainty, fear and peril. Light represents what is good in the world, love and friendship.
We enjoy the fruits of our labor when production races off the charts.
But it’s the lean periods as told in “Tale Of Two Cities” that we find ourselves
struggling to survive. Our struggles are lessened when we allow others to advise and help us.
There are many people that will come to your aid if you only ask for help.
Our times of struggle find us swimming against the current, tiring because we attempt to handle things alone.
You can hold the fort of life alone for a while, but seek help to make life easier and allow the life cycle to stay in a zone of continuous flow.
There are times you will need the help of others to keep on track and keep moving.
Connect to the world to receive the help that you need.
Accept help from others to continue moving in the direction of your goals.
You will find going it alone, is not necessary when you connect to the world willing and able to help you succeed.
