RIDING LIFE’S WAVES

Riding life’s waves is done by those skilled at surfing.

Some of us have learned how to ride life’s waves on and off the ocean.

Business requires you know who you are and listen to your own yearnings to succeed in life.

You move ahead gaining wisdom and understanding.

Jonn Kabat-Zinn appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s program “Super Soul Sunday.”

His parents were a true inspiration in his current life lessons.

Mom now 100 years old is an artist, painting her entire life.

His dad was a scientist, a critical thinker.

Jonn Kabat-Zinn studied Buddhism and used it to introduce Mindfulness to the Western world.

Now in his 70s Mr. Zinn uses Mindfulness to help patients conquer what ails them through spiritual healing.

He stated, “You can’t stop the waves of the ocean but you can learn to surf.”

Some problems that come your way are bigger than you will be able to handle.

If the storms of life roll over us like the ocean’s waves we succumb to life’s storms.

Prepare for life’s storms by understanding their true nature.

A skilled surfer maneuvers across the ocean by riding the waves compared to the obstacles of life.

Turmoil and storms are components of what appears on the surface of life.

Drop underneath the ocean surface and life becomes more peaceful.

Man finds peace within himself where the most gains are made to confront life.

To increase your confront of life work on your inner man.

The power to overcome storms is found within you, your true source of power.

Zinn says to pour energy into what you do to win the upper hand in whatever is thrown at you.

The most precious moments of life should not be missed by those too busy to enjoy the beauty life has to offer.

Life is full of twists and turns that lead us down empty trails.

Remember as Zinn tells us that life won’t end if the moment is not as we desire it to be.

Have a desire for peace and well being to experience home wherever you are.

Be at peace with what you do, wherever life takes you.

Patients receive our attention and bond with us if they receive value.

Resolve a patient’s problems and you restore their ability to enjoy life’s moments.

Riding life’s waves is done on the surface but the most important work is the development of your inner being.
